Liquid Web Completes Dark Fiber Build - Doubled Bandwidth Allocations For All Current Clients!

February 14, 2007 - Lansing, MI: Liquid Web is proud to announce a series of significant capacity upgrades to it's network infrastructure. First and foremost Liquid Web has completed a massive dark fiber build reaching each of it's data centers. This build is coupled with the completion of an on site high capacity state wide DWDM network which brings tens of gigabits of capacity to it's Michigan based data centers.

With the completion of this dark fiber build Liquid Web has brought additional capacity online from Tier1 provider AT&T, as well as a full OC48 (2.48Gbps) with Tier1 provider Level3 Communications. This capacity expansion is live and has effectively extended the Liquid Web network by greater than 3 gigabits, bringing it's total IP capacity to nearly 5 gigabits between it's four Tier1 providers. This is only the first of a series of major upgrades and will allow Liquid Web to cater aggressively to high bandwidth clients and the ever expanding network requirements of server operations in general.

In it's continued commitment to supporting the success of it's clients Liquid Web has as of today, doubled the bandwidth allocations for all current clients including Managed Dedicated Server, VPS, and Shared Hosting clients with no additional charges. "The success of our clients is our success as well, and we are committed to supporting them in every regard. This is merely the first in a series of enhancements which we will be offering to our users in the coming months." said Liquid Web CEO, Matthew Hill.

Liquid Web has also doubled bandwidth allocations on all new product offerings including Shared, VPS, and Managed Dedicated Server products. Visit www.liquidweb.com for further information and pricing.

Liquid Web Completes Comprehensive Network Upgrades

December 1, 2004 - Web hosting and managed services provider Liquid Web Inc. announced on Thursday that it has activated OC-12 internet service with MCI/UUnet to it's Lansing datacenter. This announcement coincides with the official activation of an SBC OC-48 redundant diverse path SONET ring and a series of major network equipment upgrades within Liquid Web.

The Liquid Web network upgrade project which was carried out over a series of months includes a sizable acquisition of top of the line Cisco networking gear. Included in this upgrade are the addition of multiple redundant Cisco GSR 12000 border routers and a fully redundant network core featuring Cisco 6509's with Sup720 processors. The Liquid Web core network is able to handle up to 400 million packets per second and a transfer rate of 720 gigabits per second. This advanced configuration establishes a high performance self healing network that is able to survive equipment failures without performance implications or interruptions to client connectivity.

"We are proud to have obtained connectivity from what is without argument the most connected provider on the internet, MCI/UUnet. The decision to continue to select only the highest quality Tier 1 bandwidth providers represents what we consider a company wide commitment to creating the highest performance network possible." said Matthew Hill, CEO of Liquid Web Inc.

More information on the specifics of the upgrades can be found on the Liquid Web datacenter page located at:
